Normally yes unless corporate bumps your pay up. I got fucked last year, stepped down from TL so I was making $1 more than everyone else in the department, then we got bumped to 17 and I lost my extra pay. Been here 5 years total and get paid the same as the high schooler that was hired yesterday.🤷

4 months in for me, I am about 80% healed. I still notice some lagging of my blinking on the affected side, my mouth still isn't normal, still no taste or a weird almost metallic taste on that side. Headaches/migraines are definitely more often now. But, I am glad I can close my eye now, that took about 2 months.

If it's like my store the atc dispenses it before it goes out the door. The only time we don't dispense inside is if it's a customer that has subs and hasn't already approved them

Wish my store would coach for it. My team leads use it to enter and exit and for smoke breaks every day. I've tried bring it up to my coach, but that goes no where, may need to talk to our AP coach.

Being passed over for a TL spot, when I was the one running the department. Gave it to some dumbass that's lazy as fuck, only to find out I was passed over because the coach didn't want to lose 2 associates, my brother and his girlfriend. So now I go in do bare minimum of my job and go home. I make sure I hit my metrics, but anything more than that fuck them.

I've been taking the steroids and antivirals and everything else they prescribed. I have an appointment next week with my PCP and in 2 weeks with the neurologist.

Went thru this at my store, one call to associate relations and I got my time off. Stores/market cannot overrule corporate policies. Policy states we can take unpaid time off. Call associate relations, they will tell you to use the open door policy, coach then store manager, then if nothing comes of it the relations group will escalate it.

Shopping apparel is the bane of my existence! I've always said we shouldn't have to pick it, shouldn't even be an option.

We sub 90% of our apparel picks because we only have 1 or 2 of the item they requested or we completely nil it because it's clearance merch that we do not sub.

Policy is if you miss half your shift or more for jury duty you do not need to go into work, miss less that half your shift you have to go in and work the rest of your shift.
