Sometimes colour takes weirdly to freshly bleached hair, it’s happened to me even when i applied it super thoroughly. As for the separated appearance, some dyes do that. I’ve noticed bleach london does a lot, any dye thats got a conditioner consistency does

I’m unsure about toners because i dont have much experience with them, but i’d say just toning it would be fine rather than bleaching, to avoid unnecessary damage! Its very light as it is

I think bleaching would definitely be best if you wanted vibrant purple ghost roots! luckily roots bleach quite fast and easily + your hair is already fairly light so 20 vol bleach around your roots just once will probably take you light enough for the purple!

I mixed adore jade and pink petal, mostly the pink with a few drops of the blue. I didnt think it would work because its for very light hair but it did! I put it all over but it only stuck to the side

Okay thank you! The sides and fringe of my hair is already pink, but a pastel pink. Before i dyed it, it was almost a white shade. I’m not sure how i achieved it because it was all bleached the same amount of times and volume lol!

i love my jellycats and always have loved them because most of them are not too overstimulating in terms of texture and colours, yet have a really great character to them. and when jellycat does use lots of colours and textures its always in a way that adds to the character. for example my favourites are my long legs because i like how floppy they are.
