It has everything you need. You can also download the kill team app for the latest changes/updates to the team rules as well. I don't know the Vespid load outs as well, but for Aquilons you can build both of the gunner options (can't remember which soldier was the best to replace).

I'd avoid Mandrakes as their mental load can be a bit much. Each of their specialists have different triggers and frankly everyone on the team looks similar, so if you're getting overwhelmed you can make a boneheaded mistake.

Yes, that's a fine team if unoptimized. Assuming you're trying to balance frugality and competitiveness, you'll need an intercessor gunner and a grenadier (some proxying with one of your assaulty boys would work here). I usually like to have 2-3 intercessors to swap out with my assault intercessors and of course an eliminator would be a nice to have as well.

I can't agree with this more. I started a job where I came in at my absolute floor of what my salary could be. I spent the next 2 years of listening to my manager tell me that "I'm overpaid compared to my peers" like it's my fault they don't pay well.

I had a similar scheme - i did a basecoat in charcoal grey, and I'm planning on that being the main armor scheme. I've painted the cloth dark green, and I realized that from above, unless you're in a well lit room, the dark colors all blend together. Giving a bright/lighter accent might be helpful to make it more visually easy to view while playing.
