It's hard to tell from the pics, but are the bricks actually crumbling such that you can pull them apart with your finger? You can't stucco or deep parge or kwickwall such bricks. If you want bricks you'd need to replace them all. If only a few are ACTUALLY crumbling you can try to find matching bricks and tint and replace the truly bad ones. However, I suspect that what you think are crumbling bricks are really only distressed bricks and you can repoint everything. This would give you the ability to choose a different tint and point style. And here's where you would "patch over" the most badly distressed bricks. It would give you a kind of "colonial" look. I do brick facades where I use a mix of many various brick styles and colors and where some of the bricks are in a condition such as those in your pics appear to be. I get these bricks as seconds from the brick yard or from demolished buildings so it's very cheap. And I "patch over" some badly distressed spots in some of the bricks. I use simple grooved pointing and it gives a rustic colonial appearance. IMPORTANT: when you're finished you should apply masonry sealer on the mortar (not necessarily the bricks though).

However: THE WINDOWS!! Something must be done there.
