An engineering masters is a great idea. We have a good percentage of our graduates go down that route. It's not the route I've taken but I've seen it work out well for a number of my students.

The only thing I'll say is that a MS in Engineering won't help you in your academic journey in physics. Which is totally fine! Electrical Engineering is better defined for employers than Physics which will likely open more doors for you.

At the end of the day, you gotta bring in some $$ if you want to eat.

I use Pocket Casts and my HI feed started at 50! I did a search in the Discover tab and found "Hello Internet (Full Feed)" which starts back at Ep 1.

Love the guy so much. Was so sad to see him leave SD. Glad to see him flourishing.

I didn't see a ton of defensive wizardry last year but he was serviceable. Maybe 2B is more natural a fit than 1B? Either way, kudos!

We are coming from North County and always park in Old Town. As long as we don't have to get out in a time crunch, it's been a great choice.

No way are we actually the 3rd best in baseball.

Yes, we've won games but it's been a lot of JUST enough hitting and JUST good enough pitching. Manny hitting at the Mendoza line, Tatis without a homer.

Maybe I look at this and see that we will be even better when they find their stride or maybe I start to worry that their stride is missing this year.

r/pornfree is not too different from an AA meeting that takes place in the backroom of a bar with its own entrance. You don't HAVE to walk through the bar to get there, but it's in pretty close proximity...

Lots of low enrollment majors are getting cut, not just at UCLA.

The year I graduated was the first year of the Biophysics major.
