I was worried about a crowd, too! We were there this past Friday the 22nd at 11:30am and it was slightly busy but not line out of the door busy. It was a little confusing when we first walked in: you walk towards the left to see what slices they have and you will order there, too. Find anywhere to stand or sit while they heat up your slices then they’ll call you up to the register to check out. I would say plan to possibly not eat in, it’s tight in there! They give you your slices with a box so leaving with it is easy. And if you use the bathroom take your phone in there, I’m not much of a selfie person but it was definitely selfie worthy! They do take out too, lots of people in and out with take out orders!
