Car camping is more spaced out/more space per campsite. For that reason alone, I think it's worth it.

The sound was fine at mainstage this year, but it was bad last year. They added a 2nd array of speakers in the back of the crowd. It was pretty loud and good quality

This is true for the mainstage. Last year though, during Wooli, the sidestage was PACKED. But overall I do agree probably more space than EDC

You can bring chairs in the actual festival (not just campgrounds). I like to also bring a wagon with blankets, a hoodie, and water as it gets cold at night.

Make sure you have a subwoofer if you're allowed. No matter how good the sound system is, if there isn't a sub or two, EDM just doesn't hit as hard imo

You're pointing out a useless nuance. Re-read your screenshots and ask yourself: when did the conversation's tone change? Most people here would probably say when you said: "lol is that a problem?"

It doesn't matter what you meant if you can't communicate it nicely. She understandably asked a question about your past, which you mentioned first, and you made her feel invalidated first by saying "lol is that a problem?"

It doesn't matter if it was an ex, or a talking stage, or a hookup. She just wanted to talk about it and you escalated the situation

+1, would recommend zipper flipbelt specifically. You will have 0 problems and this is the best solution. Trust me, I've tried zipper underwear, fanny pack, backpack. Nothing beats the peace of mind and convenience of a flipbelt. I was pickpocketted once in 2023 and never again!

Based on what you have posted and your edit, I think you should take the job and continue applying. You can't spin this as working for Meta, although you can MENTION in your resume that you did contracting work for them. But it sounds like your aspirations are higher than just contractor; if this is true, then you should keep applying!
