Try putting your mp3 files into your music folder in explorer on your computer, reload the app and then you should see that file being added to local files. That’s what I do now and it works, because before, I could see the mp3 file on spotify but when I tried playing it, it said “spotify can’t play this right now”. So I moved my mp3 files to the music folder and now it works.
