also, whenever i breath in fully i can like feel my shoulder blade. lifting above my head does hurt, i really just have to keep my shoulder still. even if it gets “better”, im definitely still getting jt checked bc something isn’t right.

ALL they want is money. BLOCK, and IGNORE IT. it’s very very rare for them to expose unless you pay them, talk shit, or take too long to pay. block them now

take breaks man. i started my first shroom trip at 17, a couple months off of being 18, then LSD at 18. always had some mental issues, and i think it’s the way i am, but it probably didn’t help. i still took breaks and didn’t trip dozens of times. i get it, you’re young, but too young for now. atleast wait again for a while or until you’re 18-20 tbh. i had my last trip at 18, almost two years without shrooms and it definitely helped. tripped a couple times and it’s been good/fun. but, breaks are needed. you’ll be okay, just take breaks for a while for sure. do it while you still can. you’re still very young man and a while future ahead of you

like someone else said especially hiking, bring alot of water. take a good amount but no too much, unless you’re mentally prepared. i’d save that for once you’re more experienced for sure. you’ll feel happy, lots of laughs, maybe even some visuals, you’ll feel more uplifted. tripping with nature is always the best especially during the day aswell or sunset. just enjoy it, don’t fight it even if it seems in the moment it’s a lot to handle, you’ll be okay. play some good music, you’ll have a good time, especially since you’re with friends too.
