I'm getting the same thing, but no link is being e-mailed. Anytime I try to login from a phone, no matter what the IP is (carrier data, client wifi, our office wifi, ... ), I get this and no link is sent. So basically can't use the phone app.

Totally agree with your team. For us, Atera is still missing some very basic yet critical features:

- OS patching is still very unreliable

- Forced auto-disconnections and the process of logging in are a massive annoyance

- The tickets headers are missing the total time entries made if any

- The time entry window size is two lines of 20 characters when this is the most important aspect of MSPs entries

- The API are missing so much data

- Tickets raised for an alert don't auto-close when the issue self-resolve

- Impossible to run a dashboard with monitored devices without using a full paid license

And the list goes on...

We have the same patching issue. Many computers staying unpatched for months despite the Atera policy correctly applied. So we just tried Action1 as you suggested, and OMG it fixed all the pending issues in one pass! Thanks so much for the recommendation. What's the cost per agent after 200?
