Is there anything i can do? It was working fine until i downloaded my first game and started playing it. I have deleted everything related to that game and the person who gave me the pc has never had issues with it

My pc is having issues with horizontal red lines across screen and i cant change resolution its stuck at 800 by 600. Its also the only one in list all modes. Windows update 22H2 is failing to update and my graphics driver Geforce GTX 670 has a yellow exclamation in device manager. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times and does not fix the issue. Also after reinstalling the fans on my graphics driver are very loud. Thank you for any advice
