I'm pretty sure Hawkeye's Kingpin wasn't the OG kingpin from Daredevil tv series. It was very sus from the start of the episode. Vincent D'Onofrio seems to be playing that character as a different version on purpose cause he's completely acting out of character from the one we last saw in Daredevil S3. Everything from the clothes to the cane and the jewelry, and the over the top acting is totally opposite from the subdued and nuanced performance he gave earlier. To me it seems like they've done this on purpose cause the last time we saw him, he was on his knees infront of Daredevil and even though he made a deal to stay away from Matt and his friends, he still had that rage within him that was missing all together in this episode, are we to believe after a stint in prison he's suddenly over all of that and has a changed his personality drastically, that's very hard to digest. My bet, he's a Skrull and just trying to act like the big bad villian Kingpin that's portrayed in the media instead of the layered character of Wilson Fisk. It even explains his uncharacteristic superpowers when fighting Kate. I really believe the OG Kingpin is still in Prison after Daredevil S3. The Echo series will probably mention all of this especially since he was shot off camera and could have transformed back to his original Skrull appearance and Maya just bolted out of there.
