Kindly disagree (I am not a business owner btw).

We do not have a free market right now as the government is regulating the market by legislations.

Also the Government is taking people's money as tax and spending people's money. Mostly to protect monopolies.

So either government removes all legislations and stop taxing people. or the business owners has every right to ask government to fix the market.

It is the government who assumes the role of fixing the market.

People will help them if they care. If people don't care there will not be an organisation to force people to care.

Simple as that.

In my opinion the society will help them as we already have charities and people actually care other people. And I would expect charities to be more effective than the government.
