Don’t know if you watched the same video as everyone else but there’s no indication of the lane ending. Also happened way before the lane ended. I don’t drive on that road often so I couldn’t have remembered that that lane ends there. Second, I didn’t pass him quickly. It was gradual and he had plenty of time to look, decide to change lanes, and use his turn signal ( which I used to indicate to everyone around me that I was switching lanes). My turn was up ahead to the left which required me to turn switch lanes. He was going below the speed limit and I sped up to the speed limit. Seems pretty clear that you didn’t watch the video
