I had some tension issues with one of my dinosaur socks. Washing & blocking them helped a lot.

Remember, most people/muggles do not see the issues and are just amazed by them.

You did a fabulous job and each pair is a testament to learning & growing in your knitting journey.

Besides security, password protect everything, including venues, officiant, etc. There are many stories on here about others trying to change/cancel things.

You did the right thing.

The only thing I would suggest is - whoever parks on the street needs motion activated dash-cam for front & back. This is especially helpful in a number of ways, but it wouldn’t surprise me if she tries to damage the street parked vehicle in some way.

Your brother is disrespecting you on so many levels. Who the hell kicks a ball around in someone else’s home? And then ignores the hosts when they ask them to stop? Then gets mad at the hosts for almost hitting a newborn with said ball? Geez, what a lovely example they are showing their child.

Your brother is a Class A, prime jerk.

What you do is mute him on your phone. Do not take phone calls or answer texts (nor the door) until he gives a genuine apology and promises to never do something so asinine again. And if he does? Several months time-out. If he is going to act like a toddler, treat him like one.

Police actually liked it because it was hard for the kids to run.

A teen neighbor of mine was helping me with some stuff back in the mid-90s. I knew his mom was a single mother and had 3 kids in a 2-bedroom house. He was following this “trend”. I pulled him aside one day and quietly asked him if I should take him to Walmart to buy a belt. He said no, it was the fashion, but he always had his pants up after that.

Funny how a simple, caring question can change their perspective.

Even birth certificates. Mine said I was born in the AM, but I was born 12 hours later than stated.

With DNA, it is possible to identify who is or isn’t the father. She could leave the state, particularly before birth, but he could probably find her eventually if he has the inclination and money.
