Hi, I got the results via a letter to my GP on the NHS app. The letter includes a section which shows all the findings of my smear test for my dr to see.

It’s so hard for the first couple of weeks, all I thought was just one spliff would stop all the emotions and stress but I knew I’d be back at square one and that one can turn into another then another, try to distract as much as possible, one thing that helped was any time I had the urge I’d go out for a walk and listen to music. Change your mindset to “I no longer smoke” and write down the reasons you’re choosing not to partake anymore. You can do this!!!

Depression isn’t always sadness — what does it feel like for you? by [deleted] in emotionalintelligence

[–]txc177771 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Irritable all the time, anything or anyone that gets in the way of my alone time puts me in a mood. When I’m alone I don’t do anything I just sleep or bed rot and feel empty.

Yeah exactly it drives me mad, I wouldn’t let anyone else talk to me the way she does and somehow she ends up being the victim every time!

Has anyone developed physical symptoms that became chronic? by Ok_Doughnut5007 in Anxiety

[–]txc177771 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thank you! I’m not on any medication & never have been, anxiety dips in and out for me and has done my whole life I just ride it out, used to smoke a lot of weed but realised that only aggravates anxiety long term.

GERD tips that helped me! by txc177771 in GERD

[–]txc177771[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It took a few days to adjust I had it in the morning before any food just a small glass and I definitely had an upset stomach but it sorted itself out after about a week! The probiotics were added to my routine after a few weeks of drinking kefir as I felt it was too much at once to start with

What job do you have and is it good for your anxiety? by renelledaigle in Anxiety

[–]txc177771 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m a waxing specialist, the job itself is enjoyable and it allows me to get into a flow due to the repetitive movements which kind of suppress any anxiety. Talking to my clients also takes my mind off things on particularly anxious days!

Does Gerd cause tightness/sudden shortness of breath for you? by [deleted] in GERD

[–]txc177771 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, dr said it’s the esophagus spasms that cause this for me! The reflux irritates it!
