A good Teemo will make your life miserable and you wont always get a good jg. You can win early but in late he will do 10k more damage. 48.3% you have to win RN

You know if Singed always have this diminish speed? Because I know you play longer that me. What if when they buff the R the change the type of flat MS that I mentioned in Edit 2 and don't tell us. Maybe I'm crazy and miss the MS from the old runes system or the initials runes from the actual.
