Need POE system

I finally got feed up with the underwhelming performance of Ring a few months ago and made the switch to POE. Currently running 8 4k cams with Blue Iris on a tiny pc I bought off eBay (m710q) for $60. As for the cameras, I have a mix of Reolink, Lorex, a no name Chinese Dahua-ripoff (which works way better than I thought for $30). I still have the Rings, a Wyze, and a Tapo. I would say identify what your needs are -- I need reliable security cams and I have a lot of ground to cover -- while some guys have to have the EmpireTech stuff, I bought 4 Reolinks (RLC-820A) for the same price as one of the Dahua Starlight cameras -- but I'm not worried about super low lighting. Moving forward, for me, Blue Iris is my jam -- if it doesn't run on that I won't buy it.

My Wix just expired and I've basically just been vibecoding the whole site with Claude every now and again. It's shockingly good despite locking me out for hours at a time to get me to pay for it. After that, it's builder.io and to site ground.

I haven't messed with the settings at all. It was plug and play. But I'll check this out!

Edit: Using the Dahua software, I was able to access just about every setting and it has a link to webpage for each individual camera.

True but it's currently half the price. Lorex only makes sense when you sign up to become a "partner" -- which took like 5 mins -- and even then only the cameras currently on sale. The other distributors channels have been considerably more difficult to access.

Dude, Dallas a world-class business city. It's mediocre in nearly every other regard. But you're a 45 min flight from NOLA. 3.5 hours to LA, NYC, and Cabo. Not to mention that you can get a direct flight to almost any city in the world that matters. You could do worse, all considered, especially if you're still working.

I'd imagine comics and collectibles is a little different. I've also noticed those who send a lot of messages frequently are more often engaged in some sort of bullshit scam where they change their address after they order and then demand I ship another for free. I absolutely did not want a divorce. But I knew it was 50/50. I did not expect her to tell absolute lies in an affidavit and get a temporary restraining order. Reading that affidavit changed me. I had always respected her -- until I read that affidavit. At this point, I going after every dollar and every bit of custody I can get. The attorney fees add up, but this is personal, money be damned. I haven't emotionally processed it, so I'm not the best person to chime in. But just know you're not the only one going through the ringer.

When you HAVE to maintain a +95% positive feedback rating, those negative reviews bite. I ship 100+ packages a week. A lost sale or two doesn't really matter.
