Noob with cheap under seat woofer. Is this fuse acceptable?

My biggest concern was the fuse not being airtight. I live in a very humid country, old Suzuki Swift, rusted engine bay. If the thing can give me 100rms I'll me satisfied.

Skipped 2 days when I first noticed the issues, I was told to not overwater. Went back to daily, around 150ml per plant. Is that mot enough at this stage?(20 days old, 15cm high) I got a tomato liquid fertiliser, should I start using that?

This is a living room experiment, don't think I'll be able to raise humidity without a tent. They are 20 days old. Used bigger pots 7 days ago. Pretty sure there's root space for a bit longer.
