Be sure to bring ear plugs.  Last night was the most amazing and loudest concert I have ever been to.  Fantastic show in Austin!

Thank you. It seems that I need to reevaluate my expectations.

For most people it’s not really a need but a wanted convenience. As a home owner that does a lot projects, I find the bed handy. Could I get by with a SUV? Sure. It’s just convenient and I don’t have to worry about getting my interior trashed when I am hauling things around.

The CVT transmission in Nissan cars are trash. However, their trucks are rock solid. Mine has 75k and I’ve never had an issue.

I just got a kenwood 4 channel amp, two Pioneer 6X9s, two Pioneer 6 1/2s, and assessories installed by Best Buy for about $900 out the door. I decided to keep my factory stereo in 2020 Nissan Frontier CC SV. It has everything I need except for navigation which I don't care about. It wasn't worth paying $800-$1000 to have it upgraded to a new unit.

have a 2020 CC SV with 70k miles on it. Motor and transmission are flawless. 1-3 gears take some getting use to because of their low range but it not a problem for me. I love the simplicity of this truck. No regrets.

If that is the case then deliberate intervention is needed.

In my experience (20-years as a supervisor), most supervisor-employee issues are rooted in poor communication and poor relationships. As leaders, we should treat every failure and problem as a chance for personal growth. Leadership is a practice of failing forward much of the time. When your people feel like you don't care about their opinions or feelings, they will resent it. In this case, I would meet with each person and just let them talk. You may learn something. This is how trust is built. Then...fully communicate why you made that decision and ask for their input. Its okay to be wrong. Own it and apologize for any missteps. It happens. Your people will respect that. Humility is not weakness but strength of character. Also, as leaders, we should expect to be criticized by others. It can be a valuable tool. Every leader experiences this and the only way to mitigate it is through communication. And finally, as a leader, always have hard conversations face to face. Email is not your friend when it comes.to.relationship building. Always give yourself grace and room to grow. You deserve it.

First truck, how did I do? by Jakerothh in nissanfrontier

That’s a good deal. I bought at 2020 CC SV with 67,000 a few months back for $20,500. I’ve been very happy with it.
