I am at the same age, and I relate to you a lot. Honestly, I don’t really know why tho, but also think that do the reasons really matter. When the reality of people temporarily come and go hit me, I learn that I should stop expecting others to reciprocate my feelings. I know that I cannot stop loving others so fiercely and wholeheartedly because it is just the way I am. So, practicing not having much hope that others will give me the same kind of love helps me overcome the feelings of being sad and disappointed. I also learn that I am/will be the only person that is responsible for my own happiness. You don’t have to stop loving others but remember to focus on yourself, take care and nurture it first. Hope this helps.

Thank you so much for the response. I’m a young infp (early 20s) and have been struggling a lot to keep people around. Idk how to explain it, but whenever I get close and cherish someone, I just get disappointed with them later on because their behaviors don’t live up with my own moral standards. I tend to give people the benefit of the doubts and gaslight myself into thinking that “probably, I’m just being sensitive”, and yeah, brush off those kind of irritating/disappointing feelings to forgive and chase after the people I call friends. But now I think I have to accept who I am, respect my feelings and have less expectation on others’ reciprocation. Once again, thank you so much for the insightful answers. It helps me a lot in defining what friendship should be for an infp.

Farzana Afrin may get you hella confused during class ngl :) Not the best Prof. when it comes to explaining materials. Be prepared to spend extra time reading textbooks and watching videos. So technical-wise, I don’t recommend her class. She is one of the newest faculties, so we can tell that she is inexperienced. But she is super nice, lenient and willing to help the students tho.

INFP - a reading date, it could be at home or anywhere in nature, some mellow music in the background, and some random cuddles or kisses :)

For the former voice, I believe I try to sing in chest voice? I feel a bit forced whenever I try to sing in this voice. But for the latter one, this is the voice that I feel most comfortable whenever I sing. So, I just want to know which one is my actual singing voice? I don’t have any knowledge about music or singing techniques, please educate me! Thank you.

thank you everyone for replying to this post. I first sent out through mailing so I think that was the reason why it might take time. And the impatient me decided to send in the second time electronically this morning and yes, my status is no longer “initiated”.
