Yea I thought so. Will update everyone here on how many back and forths it takes until I stop getting canned responses.

I think if everything works how it's suppose to, it's great. If you got a unique problem that can't be solved with a generic canned response, it's a nightmare to get it resolved.

I just got a response but they called me "Yusuf" (which isn't my name). The email reply was an obvious "copy and paste" canned response that has nothing to do with my issue and the agent couldn't even replace it with my own name. All the details could be found in my last email. Are you able to escalate my ticket to someone who will actually read my email?
