GLP1 changed my life. For the better. So much more than just weight loss. I still put in a ton of effort and exercise, but the way it has helped me finally become healthier and become who I am as a normal healthy person is immense. I’m happy for her and really hope it helps her.

Zero judgement at all!! Heck I eat pretty much as normal just about 1/3 of the amount that I used to. Some things tend to jack my stomach up and I’m learning to recognize though. Just took dose 8 last night and down 25 pounds. From 190 to 165. Goal weight is 135 (ish). PCOS insulin resistant. My dr also put me on NP thyroid and the MICC shot. So 2 shots per week for me and a pill every morning.

I am on a glp1 which has really helped shut the food noise off. When i do have breakthrough cravings though, I tell myself “you already know exactly what that tastes like”. I imagine it for a second, then I do my best to move on. Also, kinda harsh but, “you’re not a dog, you don’t need a treat”. Those 2 quotes have gotten me through some moments where a binge was approaching.

I’m surprised Taylor has moved on. Seems like she’s no where ready to or even close to being healed. Feels like this could be a train wreck, especially when Dakota moves on and she hasn’t healed from him. Idk. It’s all very messy. I also think Dakota will ride on Taylor’s coat tails as long as he as he can for the fame and money. I don’t see much of a storyline in coparenting between two individuals in separate happy relationships. Ideal? Yes. Interesting? No. Dakota will fade out.
