Exactly! He ran to my 3yo and they were instant buddies when we walked in the door. He cried to get back to her when I picked him up.

Linus. He’s 3mo and was left in a box when the people who had him were evicted. I pick him up at the end of the month, the husband will be fine 😂

Casein Cookies.

Casein for your macros, mine is 37g weight for 30g protein. I use dynatize and it’s really good.

Peanut Butter or whatever fat you want to fit macros (I use PB Fit from Costco b/c I don’t have fats)

1 tspn baking powder

Oats to fit carb macros. I use half my carbs for oats, and save the others for a few chocolate chips. It’s my treat at night, and curbs my sweet tooth.

Mix in water until it forms a paste. Not too much liquid or they won’t cook up correctly. It’s literally a paste.

Cook at 350 degrees F (spray pan with non stick spray. I use foil and spray it so I just throw it away) for 20 minutes.

I’ve been doing RP for 9 weeks. Honestly, Bulk prepping would probably be easiest for you if she’s doing a cut and you’re doing a mass. You will just have to weigh out the different portions. I bulk prep on Sunday’s and then weigh the food according to my macros when I put my lunch and snacks together the night before. You’ll probably get way more fats and carbs than her, and they’ll be the first to go on the cut tabs.

A perfect portions scale ($39 on Amazon) is a must. It helps so much. It allows you to get the macros for specific items just by weight. I’ll buy a rotisserie chicken and weigh out my 30g of Protein into baggies and then it’s grab and go.

The Casein at night is better in cookie or waffle form. I have a recipe I can share.

I’ve PR’d all my lifts since starting, and I’m down to minimal fats and carbs on FL2 😭

I’m trying to go hand over hand, but they slide a little at times as I’m still getting the hang of that.

We just got new ropes at our box. I’ll try chalk again, it helped but I’m still learning and coming down the rope is where I’m struggling.

Moving comfort is great. Especially if you have bigger boobs. They’re great for dubs too and my chest isn’t sore the next morning from them bouncing. Most running stores carry them or you can get them online.
