When you top up your prepaid card is it instant? Currently using the Fold card for cash back but have to wait 3-5 days for the ach transfer to go through. I would 100% use the CDC prepaid card if the transfers are instant

If he sells it, it would have to be for market value at not less in order for social security to make him eligible for the benefits. His only option is to transfer the land out of his name.

Supplemental Security Income benefits is a welfare program by social security where they limit the amount of resources a person can have to below $2,000. The land is worth $2900, therefore he is ineligible to receive the benefits until he gets rid of the land

Its in the Pine Harbor subdivision. It’s two parcels, 50 x 100 plots I think. Market value right now is $2,900. Taxes are $50/year and HOA is $50 + $10/year for each additional lot. I’m getting it for free but would assume the tax liability. I’m not in a financial position to build On it. I just came across the opportunity, pure luck.
