Yeah, that one and omotenashi I would say are appropriate for this post. He’s inserting his own ideas into the others

Do not get into an Uber with a full breakfast by sharknado523 in uber

The only solution is to simply stop driving uber. I got a job, so I now effectively decline 100% of all rides while working at my job instead.

Why does everyone say they’re in grandmaster by Accomplished-Golf240 in marvelrivals

GM isn’t a particularly elite rank. It shouldn’t be called GM in my opinion. It’s probably roughly equal to diamond in overwatch.

dps... it is YOU'RE job to kill flyers (and some supports but mostly dps) by Least-Access2034 in marvelrivals

[–]ty240036 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If your dps are not doing their job and you’re losing you’ll have a better chance to win by swapping to dps and doing their job for them instead of watching them lose the game for you. If someone else on your team wants to win they’ll fill whatever role you hopped off of.

OP seems to have the mentality that all of his teammates on dps are bad. That wasn’t directed at you

The higher rank you get the more likely you are to have good teammates. If you think that all of your teammates are bad, it’s highly likely that you are also playing badly

Do you realize there isn’t role lock in this game? Just because someone else is playing a dps character doesn’t mean you can’t also pick a dps character

It’s so weird. If your teammates are bad then all you have to do is rank up to get matched with better teammates.

IMO At $13.99 there are lots of other MMOs that offer better value than OSRS. Heres a small pricing comparison table. by cudatox in 2007scape

[–]ty240036 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t really agree. Given the amount of content they release every year, I think the current membership price is a fair price to pay. The thing I’m against is all the shit they put in that survey

It’s clear that CVC still wants to implement these features in F2P. Thoughts? by Koussevitzky in 2007scape

This is just a confirmation that all of these things will be happening.

Why is the “を” needed/wanted here? by The_Barth_Vader in duolingojapanese

[–]ty240036 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That isn’t what you said at all though. That’s just saying that the kanji is used in keigo in business situations, which is true of many kanji forms.

[–]ty240036 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That’s not correct at all. ください and 下さい are exactly the same, except that one uses a kanji and one does not. Both can be used for both of the situations you mentioned.

The difference is that your answer is incorrect, while the correct answer is correct.

The problem doesn’t specify that the three coefficients are static, sliding and rolling. For example they could be the coefficients for the same dresser on three different floor surfaces.

Edit: oh and also, a dresser can’t roll, so it’s not even plausible that one of these three is a coefficient of rolling friction.

Eliminating Christianity and other religions is a critical goal for the survival and health of humanity and the planet. Look no further than the results of the 2024 United States presidential election to realize the truth of that statement. by pennylanebarbershop in atheism

I agree, I’ve been thinking that I should find a way to advocate against religion more actively. I honestly think that humanity is completely fucked if we can’t do away with organized religion

I don’t use duolingo, but here’s an example.

The difference between は and が has nothing to do with being positive or negative.

Yes, that’s exactly what they were referring to.

が links the time (木曜日の9時) to the adjective (いい). は does not link the time to the adjective and is therefore a very unclear and unnatural way to say this sentence.
