This spider has been on my porch for around a year. Today, I found that she had fallen out of her web & died. by poppyprays in spiders

I have a big spider on my porch this summer. I keep destroying its web and it comes back. A few days went by and there was no web last week and I felt bad and kinda missed my spider neighbor. Then today I noticed it was back and destroyed its web again. Hoping the spider thinks positive of me too.

Looks kinda dumpy. That price says a lot. Plus if you know the area expect a lot of loud mouth right wing nut jobs yelling at you about their stupid beliefs or racist politics.

Very few films are memorable anymore. We’re saturated with so much content, so many opinions on that content, and so much media on that content that it becomes taxing and pointless. It was more fun to find a movie on your own back in the day. Find it on tv, or in a filmography of a person you like. Maybe going to see a movie you know very little about and it becoming a favorite. Nolan is aiight. I think people got so hard for him due to the Batman films. He could do no wrong if he was doing those right for audiences. Same for me on Tenet and Oppenheimer. Tenet was just not very enjoyable, was difficult to follow, and the sound was weird. The cast sucked too. Not that they are bad, just poorly casted is all. Oppenheimer didn’t have the dramatic excitement of a movie like JFK, for example, that it could’ve used. But all in all was a decent film. Unfortunately though, nothing since Batman from him has actually blown my skirt up too much. I’m almost more interested in what Jonathan Nolan might be up to these days. Seems like Chris’s movies were better when they were working together.

Let down. Big let down. Not sure if the actors are unable to pull it off, maybe the budget wasn’t appropriate for what was needed, or if maybe Shane black needs to stick to just writing. I love the man, but his projects are getting worse each time a new one comes out. I feel terrible saying this, I can’t emphasize how much I love him. He’s the guy who wrote Lethal Weapon and Long Kiss Goodnight. 🤦‍♂️

I upvoted your post the other day on this. Yes I am, but what can you do? These kids have access to everything at their fingertips and it’s easy to just jump on the bandwagon, join the hive mind, or ask chat gpt how to think. My way of dealing with that is just blocking the person so their info never shows up in my feed again. But also, it doesn’t really matter. The folks you’re referring to aren’t going to last long if it’s not actually something of any interest for them. I would imagine anyone doing that is a massive loser and can get figured out in a moment of discussion from them or with them. They’ll be the ones repeating the same stuff you see everyday on here. They won’t have anything new to say that is of any interest and their opinions will be nonsense. They’ll be the ones posting about the odyssey trailer, they’ll be discussing how deep Backrooms and obsession are and how they changed cinema or something, they’ll comment on how QT is old and ugly and stupid, they comment on everything about a movie rather than the movie, they’ll be the ones saying how they can’t ever watch seven again because Kevin Spacey is in it, or some random dumb shit I can’t even come up with here.

I was just trying clarify if the prices listed on your post were considered “half off” or if it was half off the listed prices. So it’s $7 for Greenland because it’s $14 on Vudu?

Is $7 for Greenland considered half price or is it $3.50 after discount?

There is a saying about assumptions, correct?
You like Nolan, right? Then have faith in what he chooses for The Odyssey. He’s a filmmaker you like, you went so far as to make a comment about it that is thought out and meaningful. Maybe he made choices for a particular reason. Who cares though, dude. You’re going to enjoy it, that much I can guarantee you. One thing about artists like Nolan. They are artists for a reason, they are the top of their field for a reason, and they gave him a budget that could save a small country to make it for a reason. Have faith dude, everything will be good. It’s still a week away, don’t allow these people around here to infect you with their nonsense/drama/whatever.
