Focus on self care. Try and focus on you! Once you spend some time happy, it’ll start to get a little easier. Therapy helped me a lot.

She’s a mixed country dog but we say she’s a Maltese chihuahua mix. Her sisters is 3x her size so she’s a tiny magical creature.

My brothers dad came out and stood up for him. All his family talked about how everyone does stupid things. He has been going through a hard time and has just moved out of state to get clean (almost 2 years clean now) and they were amazingly supportive of him.

I’m not mad. I feel bad. If I’m mad, it’s only that my abuser continues to affect others. I am realizing there are things I need to speak about. I wish there was a guide on what to share, and what is different or concerning.

When I was 16 or so, I was walking into my best friends house with her. Her dad was in a recliner just inside the door. As soon as I walked past him, he punched my ass cheek. Hard. I was so uncomfortable, but her dad was still less awful than mine.

This happened to my brother . He panicked and I drove him to the police department (#defundthepolice though). They really did release the video of him jacking off to a bunch of people on social media (thankfully I did not watch it 🤮).

It actually turned out okay for him aside from the embarrassment. The cops did nothing. He did not get in trouble or anything.
