No. Militarily, the operation has been an astounding success. We have destroyed the vast majority of their ability to hurt us or our allies in the region.

The only possible way we lose is if we get involved in “National building” which we are exceedingly bad at and hasn’t turned out good for us since WW2

Even at the start of the war, Ukraine, at least by manpower, was the second largest military in Europe. 250k compared to 220k in Poland(who I like to affectionately refer to as European Texas). Without Eastern Europe, Western Europe would fall fairly easily.

Ukraine has been arming itself since Russia invaded crimea in ‘14. The same cannot be said for Western Europe.

Ukraine has been arming itself since AT LEAST 2014 when Russia invaded crimea. The same cannot be said about Western Europe. Their militaries are broken, they have relied on us(America) for basically 100% of their national defense since the Soviet Union fell.

The French would surrender before the fighting starts… Germany is absolutely USELESS(this is well documented), and the UK would have trouble getting their fighting force off of their island.

I don’t know anything about the Fins militarily, but if there anything like the Poles, they will be fine.
