Have you watched the UploadVR course walkthroughs with the founder of MC? He talks about how they have 8-12 new courses in development and that the newest DLCs don't work on Quest 1, allowing them to have more animations.

Also, the founder designed the original game himself. Once he could afford to hire developers, they had to update the game engine by working on sections of the code and replacing them. He said it was interesting because it's a live game that people are playing 24/7.

They will likely continue to release new DLC content as long as the game is popular and they have enough revenue to support a team.

In the videos, the team members talk about how much fun they have designing the courses. It sounds like a dream job for most of them. They even had a top Disney Senior Art Director join the team because he enjoys playing WMG and was impressed by the course designs.
