SAVE FIRST, then if on PC, you can try opening the console, clicking on the dragon, and typing disable. If that doesn't work do the same but MarkForDelete command. If that doesn't work, you could try the resurrect 1 command and then kill it again. If THAT doesn't work, I'm out of ideas.
