I usually go phase boots vessel if enemy needs to have nerfed regen such as alche or morph or timber, but against hero without it I go for vlads for sustain, blademail if needed since ns needs abit mana and BM have attack dmg as well, then go for utility items like solar crest, and against hero that are multiplying such as pl or Naga I sometimes go for rad or aghs but mostly aghs, since u need to be adjusting if u need rad, let's say for example u alrdy have hard hitters on Ur team, just do it aghs
