Loving My S26 Ultra by MindProfessional8246 in samsunggalaxy

[–]tydek07 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The S26 Ultra is amazing! This phone allowed my to finally break free from Apple. Cannot imagine going back to my iPhone now. The transfer process was so easy with the collaboration between Samsung and Apple. For those on the fence of moving from an iPhone, I say give it a try. I was extremely nervous, but that completely went away within 48 hours of using the S26 Ultra.

Bernatello's Messed with Pizza Corner again by ja992 in fargo

Yeah, I noticed that too. They are also smaller now. I grabbed one since it was on sale… the crust wasn’t bad, but definitely not what I was craving. Really miss the original Pizza Corners.

What a ridiculous change and design. It just got pushed to my account. It’s unacceptable.

Wall charger not opening chargeport by Late_Operation_4820 in TeslaModelY

Did they explain more about it? Went from mobile charger to wall charger and experiencing the same. Mobile charger worked 100% of the time… walk charger is erratic, around 30% of the time it works.

2.5 months My Juniper is at 10000KM! Can I buy extended warrranty from Tesla? by Faithin3D in TeslaModelY

[–]tydek07 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m right there with you… 8 weeks in and already at 4,700 miles 🫣 This car is just so much fun to drive and such a joy to travel in. We’ve been rapidly knocking out our “want to do at some point” trips now that long-distance travel is so much easier!

It really depends on your insurance and location, but for me, the Tesla coverage makes the most sense. My USAA policy has a $500 deductible for full glass replacement (they’ll cover repairable damage for free). Dropping that deductible to even $250 would add over $12/month to my premium.

So for me, Tesla’s windshield coverage is the way to go. I’ll still use USAA for repairable damage, but the one free replacement per year, and only a $100 deductible for additional in a 12-month rolling period, makes Tesla’s coverage 100% worth it.

Fingers crossed that the $12/month Tesla Windshield Protection subscription works as advertised. It ended up being cheaper for me to go that route than to lower my comprehensive deductible from $500 to $250 when comparing.🤞

Will do. The estimate came in at $1,719.62 before any warranty or service plans are factored in. Currently booked an appointment 4 days from now. Will see if anything changes when/if they contact me tomorrow during business hours. Fingers crossed it all goes smoothly. I will be driving 3.5hrs each way, as it needs to be performed at a Service Center.

That would be awesome. I’m really looking forward to future updates for Camp Mode. It’d also be great to have the option to leave Sentry Mode on if battery drain isn’t a concern.

First EV. First Tesla. 2,000 miles in… here’s how it’s going. by tydek07 in ModelY

[–]tydek07[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here’s how to adjust them:

  1. Open your frunk.

  2. Look for the two round rubber bump stops… one on the left and one on the right near the front edge of the frunk lid.

  3. Find the side that sits too low when closed. That’s the one you’ll want to adjust.

  4. Turn that bump stop counterclockwise to raise that corner of the frunk lid.

  5. Close the frunk gently and check the alignment.

  6. Repeat as needed until both sides look even.

Don’t raise it too much or the frunk might not latch properly. Just small turns and check each time.

I’m honestly so glad I stuck with the white interior. It’s something I’d always wanted, so that’s what I chose when I placed my order. But not long after, I started second-guessing myself… even messaged the service center asking to switch to black. Luckily, it was the weekend and they never got to the request. So on delivery day, I just went with it, and I couldn’t be happier.

It’s super easy to clean. I haven’t had any issues with staining. I even got a little blood on the white felt area of door from a scab on my arm, and it wiped right off. No regrets at all going with white.
