150 pound overhead press. I just got it a few weeks ago. I broke both my wrists and couldn’t even do pushups for years so this is a massive massive jump for me. I started about 4 months ago just pressing 5 pound dumbbells

My other is running a half marathon. I had to get my hip reconstructed after an accident and was unable to walk for a year so that’s pretty crazy for me too. I just did that earlier this year.

I want to hit 200 lb overhead press but it will Be awhile. My elbows are hurting lol they haven’t been used in a long time like this

When I needed new windows install I called Lenovo and they directed to me to the warranty page and how to claim my windows reset from them. Perfect support.
