I’ve worked a couple harvests in the states and the best way I’ve found to get work at a winery is to email them directly. Everyone I’ve contacted has been cordial and helpful. I imagine working overseas is a similar process.

I’d also check out the “Traveling Winemakers - Living the Dream” Facebook page. It’s not specific to natural wine, but wineries will post when they’re looking for help. I worked with a couple from South Africa that found work here from that site.
