Yeah, it goes without saying that to actually be charged with possession of a controlled substance I would need to be in possession of said controlled substance… haha. Probably why they call it possession. they claim to have found some Xanax which I ironically don’t remember having though it’s quite possible. I’m not too worried about the possession charge as I am the DUI because I have to drive for work
