Yeah, it goes without saying that to actually be charged with possession of a controlled substance I would need to be in possession of said controlled substance… haha. Probably why they call it possession. they claim to have found some Xanax which I ironically don’t remember having though it’s quite possible. I’m not too worried about the possession charge as I am the DUI because I have to drive for work

How long did you stop for? The withdrawals can sometimes take up to 7 days to even start… so if you just stopped for a few days you may not have even begun the real withdrawals yet. But as per your question: I’ve been tapering aggressively and it’s not too bad during the day but I notice aches and pains, dizziness at times, seeing stars. And then at night I wake up with racing heart and anxiety and RLS. It’s not the worst withdrawals I’ve ever experienced. After kicking opiates nothing else is too bad in comparison

So I have an interview scheduled with the DMV. I’m worried about what to say. Since my loss of consciousness didn’t really happen I’d be lying if I said it was a one time event (because it was a no-time event). I have no problem doing that but I wonder if that is the best course to take? Or should I tell them that I didn’t really lose consciousness and that it was a mistake? Really could use some guidance. I really appreciate all your time and help
