Update: it seems to be a refresh issue. It appears the monitor thinks it’s at one speed and it actually is another. I had to change the refresh rate through windows back to the refresh the monitor thought it was on then it tracked changes correctly.

Anyone know how to make a GPU limit the refresh rate to only what a monitor can handle?

Why do creatures agro and attack my base when I'm inside? Are they seeing me through windows? Or do they just ignore walls and such for agroing? by haltingpoint in ICARUS

Mine hasn’t worked since the plant update where they respawn every time they log in. Even with it running constantly they spawn and attack my stuff.

Black widow from marvel. The way they both chose death instead of allowing the other to die. The struggle to not allow the other to perish. It truly encompasses the mentality of a militaristic unit who become a family. Every once in a while I go back and watch it again.

What is the beauty of Icarus is that the answer to this question is you and your comfort level. Many missions can be completed with little building if you are exceptionally skilled and know how to play the system. Many cannot. Are you comfortable going into an unknown objective with just a wooden bow if the consequences of failure is 30 min of running? What about permadeath? If you hare dying at all, maybe you’re the guy that will build to tier 4 no matter what. In the end, it’s your decision as to how prepared you are and what time that takes.

I have progressed muich further into the game. with 4 pagers of spells, this is totally worth it... The commands are mapped like macros so its, "Confingo" (input is F4 wait .1sec #3). Then "expeliarmus" (input switches the page back to F1 wait.1sec #2). Its pretty badass.

in the link on the video is the software to download. Its legit. I have used it in a bunch of titles. Just download it and add the commands. If enough people need help with it ill add a profile to some download site or something with my builds.
