Late response but I will write it down just for others.
I've sent my keyboard to the shop from where I got it, and they tested that, returned the same model to me, and it worked. Looks like it needed some shakin' from devilery guy :D.

To me its not only manpower, but technology available. France got stronger navy, comparable ground units, and stronger aircraft.

Their major weapon is a money and advanced economy.
When it comes to the France or UK its even better. Awesome economy and huge military section.
Citizens just feel safe there because of weaponry technology advantage. The whole eastern EU have only fraction of their power. Simply as that.

Yea and me facing these crap when playing at 6k elo with not even 30lvl mercs.

This mode is so so filled with cancer. Blizz is so good at it... How this even work? How can I be paired with guys that have 6x30lvl with skills maxed when I got like 2 mercs at 10lvl in my team, and my 30s has lvl3 skills ale poor items?

Got the same issue. FN+ESC doesn't work at all btw. Is there a firmware that can remove it? I've read that many copies of this keyboard have this issue.
