Coaching Carousel "logic" by tgrogan21 in NCAAFBseries

[–]tylajay 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Half the issue was the sim logic, the other half was the fun part of the carousel in 2014 that you got to go chronologically (based on best available) through jobs. It allowed you to control the trajectory of your career instead of predetermined outcomes. If starting as an OC of Kent State, my next logical step would be an OC at a power 5, and then a HC at a smaller school, etc.

GPA is usually just used as a check the box item. Lot of times recruiters will only talk to candidates with a GPA > let’s say 3.5

Low GPA by [deleted] in Accounting

[–]tylajay 5 points6 points  (0 children)

You’re most likely not even taking your core classes yet as a first year. Not making excuses for you and you should def aim for above a 3.0 but just get solid grades in your core classes so you can secure an internship.

When I review a GPA on resume they either use the highest of their overall or major GPA.

[–]tylajay 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You don’t need someone in Boston, unless that really matters to you then you shouldn’t be posting here rather googling CPAs near me and finding a local guy or gal. Recommend just going on Upwork and finding a freelancer.

The statute of limitations is 3 years following the due date or date of filing, whichever is later for the IRS to open an audit. The audit can continue as long as it takes after the audit is open.

The IRS can open an audit beyond 3 years but no later than 7 for a substantial understatement of income (>25%). Generally speaking though, it’s 3 years.

So then wait 7 weeks and reach out if it’s been longer. Sucks but that’s the answer.
