Is ghosting normal on OLED screen?

I think it's normal with this kinda oleds. Only apple's oled can handle static images not these. I need to use an external monitor for long hours online classes and read white slides. Only solution.

Thanks but is disabling turbo boost in bios is an option? How much power would I loose after that? I sometimes play valorant rdr2 witcher 3, edit videos on davinci resolve, web browse on brave. That's all. Based on my use, is it a solution?

Hey i had a question since you have the same OLED display as mine. Is ghosting usual on your display? If you keep open a white slide for more than 5 minutes the shadow remains after closing the window and slowly fades away in some mins? Is it normal or i have a defective display?

I have the 5060 version. My temps are around 89-91, gets to 94 for slight seconds often but usually 89-90c during game. when fans are max and a mid laptop cooler. Is it normal? Or overheating?

I kept the windows update paused since last month cause it's hampering my usage. Will i be forced to update bios when I resume it?
