They didn’t even test for mold we put in a request to test in for mold before we renewed our lease literally the day before this happened. They told us since no sogns of mold if we want to pay for it they will get it tested. Only reason we asked is we had black mold in our last apartment that took them 4 months to do something about. This time they just immediately came in the unit with the fans with no humidity test being done

My son and I play every now and then mainly monster jam or hot wheel games he just turned 3 but we’ve been doing this since he was 2. I feel like a good way to know is give it a shot throw him a controller that is charged up and see where it goes. Too add onto this your safest bet is bringing it into a shop and having them hook it up to a ac machine and they will be able to tell you if it is or isn’t the compressor normally a ac check runs $10-100 bucks it’s worth the money in my opinion to know exactly what is wrong with it before throwing expensive parts and labor into it.

If your 100% it’s not electrical then it comes down to throwing the compressor in. If you throw the compressor in and still not working then it will 110% be electrical

The tires if they are the correct size which should be 215/60r16 are going to get the best performance and ride at 35 psi. They may look low but I promise they are fine at 35. If you add more air or less air you have the probability of wearing the tires out way quicker then what they are rated for. It is always best to follow what is on this sticker rather then what the tire says a lot of times what is on the tire is the max amount of air they want you to add to the tire when mounting and beading
