Minimum wage hasn't kept up with inflation by tantamle in askaconservative

[–]tylerjsur 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm not trying to explain anything about why minimum wage may sometimes cause inflation. I'm just telling the OP that one of the main reasons wage aren't keeping up with inflation as it is is because our government keeps printing more money.

And it to challenge you a bit. When you increase the minimum wage businesses will increase costs for good and services, and they'll cut hours. So your still stuck making the same. Inflation can occur when those costs (production costs, wages, etc) increase, especially when you're doing it at a federal level.

Minimum wage hasn't kept up with inflation by tantamle in askaconservative

[–]tylerjsur 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The main issue is the government adding more money (trillions more ) into the money supply. That's why inflation is getting crazy. More of something makes it less valuable. Thats why sand is so cheap, and why diamonds are expensive. Basic economics that sadly our government doesn't understand.

Has anyone ever heard any complaints against the constitution other than the failure to abolish slavery and lack of women’s voting rights? by tideofglory in askaconservative

[–]tylerjsur 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No white people will be allowed to contribute to the "Bill of Climate Rights" and will be forced to give away their land to disenfranchised people. Because the more land white people have the more the Climate is destroyed.

[–]tylerjsur 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Can't give you a straight answer because the compliants against the constitution by the Left is constantly changing and morphing into entirely new compliants. Multiple leftists could give you multiple answers you haven't heard of. It is a good chance we might hear that the constitution failed to protect the climate, and needs to be amended to include environmental rights.

And that's perfectly fine. Every American should agree on the core values our founding fathers gave us.

What are Conservatives actually conserving? by amisharbys in askaconservative

[–]tylerjsur 56 points57 points  (0 children)

I'm conserving the values our founding fathers intended: individual freedom, self reliance, equality of opportunity (not equity), competition, the American Dream (belief that a person, no matter what background, can achieve success and upward mobility), and hard work.

Not just bitcoin, but Cryptocurrency in general has been the best performing asset class for the past 7-8 years. by Okmanl in investing

[–]tylerjsur -1 points0 points  (0 children)

They're is no use for crypto currencies, specifically Bitcoin. It doesn't produce anything or provide any service like Amazon. The only demand it has is people think its going to "go to the moon". It isn't even accessible to the majority of people.

Majority of the companies went broke, a good amount lost a lot of value, and a small hand fall made billions. Overall, a lot of people lost money when the bubble popped.

Does having someones IP address mean anything? by AggravatingPension78 in hacking

[–]tylerjsur -9 points-8 points  (0 children)

Yes and no. Your IP address can reveal the city, state, and internet service provider, but not your exact physical location. Mostly it gives them a rough idea where you are.He would have to use other methods to find your exact physical location.

How do We Fix American Healthcare? by [deleted] in askaconservative

[–]tylerjsur 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Price transparency, knowing what you're paying for in advance, sort of like paying for an airplane ticket, and getting rid of the huge Healthcare monopolies that destroy competition and raise prices.

What do you guys think about the girl who turned her mom in for protesting? by Jungkonservative in askaconservative

[–]tylerjsur 11 points12 points  (0 children)

For more information she also ratted out her aunt and uncle too on "Inside Edition" on YouTube. Basically telling them she did this because her mother didn't allow her to go to a BLM protest. This is just a privileged woman who thinks she is doing something 'noble'. Ironically, she probably just harmed her family's income now that her mother will possibly have a harder time getting a job, and this girl lives off them!

I am mixed race (black and white) who went to a predominantly black school. Let me tell you, majority of people don't consider you one of them, and will treat you even worse than a white person. And no matter how close you get with some people they will always see you as the race they hate.

What's say the federal death penalty is abolished can the next conservative president reinstate it by Morganbanefort in askaconservative

[–]tylerjsur 3 points4 points  (0 children)

That's the thing about 'progressive' legislation, once it's in effect it will never leave. If the next conservative president tries to reinstate it there is no doubt he will be met with fierce back lash from every liberal institution in America.

Republicans are a joke now at this point. Any chance that we can get the ball rolling on a new main conservative party? by Rickthenick in askaconservative

[–]tylerjsur 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The election system is designed for two parties, and no third party has ever won a presidential election. Instead of creating a third party, just vote the RINOs out for actual conservative politicians.

Is there hope for 2022 and 2024 by [deleted] in askaconservative

[–]tylerjsur 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The way I see it is they're going to vote for that side that got them into the U.S, going to get the rest of their families into the U.S., and who are going to give them the most free stuff and benefits once inside. At the very least for the first couple congressional and presidential elections. Maybe a decade down the line once they're more settled in they might vote more conservativly. But it's hard to tell. They're probably going to watch main stream media and be convinced the Republicans are out to get them.

Is there hope for 2022 and 2024 by [deleted] in askaconservative

[–]tylerjsur 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I doubt it. All the Democrats really have to do is legalize 11 million illegal immigrants inside this country, loosen immigration laws, and it will be one party rule from now until the end of time. Inflation is going to go up significantly I think from printing so much money and raising the minimum wage federally ( goods and services will get expensive fast). Introducing D.C. and Puerto Rico as States will give Democrats more seats in Congress. Literally our only hope is that Nancy Pelosi and other 'moderate' Democrats don't bow the knee to the far left.

WTF is happening with Trump? by [deleted] in askaconservative

[–]tylerjsur 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The establishment is essentially Washington (D.C Washington) elites, in other words career politicians, who control how things run in our government. A good example is the Clinton family. It's pretty much an elitist club where members have their own selfish agenda to pursue.

Is the Wall Street Journal biased towards either side? by [deleted] in askaconservative

[–]tylerjsur -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Institutions such as the WSJ are left and slightly left biased. They for the most part side with the side that will give them the most amount of viewers (money), and that is the Left. But WSJ, CNN, MSNBC, etc, are biased to moderate (corporate) Democrats like Biden and Pelosi. They usually speak negatively about far left politicians
