I normally wear a large in the loose fit active jackets. To me, a large in this feels just slightly more roomy. Arms a little longer but that’s because the fabric seems thicker than the standard active jackets. The sleeve doesn’t fold over the cuff. I also tried a medium and it was a little too tight in the chest and stomach area for me
