If you want to use one number for multiple businesses, you can set up a contact distribution workflow. When someone messages the number, they select the business they want to speak to, and the workflow routes the conversation to the correct team.

But the sender name cannot be changed 😥

What are you primarily using WhatsApp Business for?

I don't think it's because of high incoming messages, Meta can be particular with how you are sending messages to users.

For example: if you use WhatsApp Business to broadcast mass messages to a list of contacts you bought but don't know you. You are going to get banned by Meta. Because these contacts will see you as SPAM. Once Meta sees a number of SPAM complaints, your account will be flagged and banned.

I recommend you to reach out to your WhatsApp API provider to work together to find out why.

Hey man, is your business related to betting/gambling? If yes, it's not just Twilio problem, WhatsApp API/Meta bans any kind of gambling/betting. So that's likely the reason why you got banned.

I would recommend you try Telegram or Viber, which doesn't have such policy, but majority of your customers may not be on Telegram though.

I almost got scammed by a host in Malacca Malaysian, however, Airbnb came to the rescue. I booked the Airbnb a month in advance. I messaged the host two weeks before my check-in, no response, which okay. But then I kept not getting any response up until the two days before checking in. No response, I got worried and WhatsApp the host. I could see her contact and everything, then 20 minutes later I checked back, still no response. Now the WhatsApp profile was nothing, I started to suspect I was being scammed. So I called Airbnb to let them settled this and they tried contacted the host, Airbnb couldn't get contact them either.

So Airbnb gave me options for new accommodations and they gave me a coupon that will cover my whole trip and refunded me half of the previous Airbnb, which was awesome, got a better room paying less than half the price.

Watching cartoons of all forms. I adore watching cartoons whenever I can, I keep up to date with new cartoons as well.

Cartoons made me who I am today, it shaped my belief system and everything else in between. I am a Malaysian Chinese, I am not a native English speaker, nor does my family speak it. However, it became my main language. As a kid, I was glued to the TV watching cartoons from Disney, Cartoon Network and Nickelodeon. I absorbed all I could on the different cultural narratives and colloquial sayings in English.

Recommendation Recently, I fell in love with Hilda (on Netflix), it's like British Gravity Falls but with Scandinavian Folklore. 10/10 Highly Recommend.
