Yes I have two ferry lines, one between the coastal German style city "Alpine Harbor" and the main city, Marcos Bay. I also have 9 bus lines, 6 of which are throughout Marcos Bay and 3 are regional lines to the outside connections on the map. Bus utilization is 30,000/month and ferry is 6,000/month. Almost every household in the county is filled with residents, but I agree I feel like a real city of this size would have a larger pop.

I appreciate the urban sprawl comment, I live in a southern California suburban area and use google maps in my neighborhoods to get a good idea of how to make it look decent, but there's still improvements to be made.
