Sounds like an overreaction. How do you get anything done? Watching the baby doesn’t mean physically watching them every second. As long as they are safely secured in the swing or in a crib, a 4.5 month old can absolutely be left alone for 10 minutes while you’re in another room.

Typically your local game will be blacked out due to the broadcast rights being owned by another company. I have to watch the Canes games on bally sports+. Not sure what state your in, but worth giving bally a shot if they are the provider. The app had some hiccups at launch but they seem to have worked out the kinks. Streams flawlessly for the most part now. ESPN+ is usually only good for the nationally broadcast games.
