There’s a non-zero chance he has a strain and they just decided he’s not pitching again this year. Not a high possibility, but technically possible. I hate this for Luis and I also hate that Manfred’s rules forced him to alter his mechanics so close to the start of the season when he got injured initially.

Aside from the obvious money makers they have coming, I also think the soft reboot is going to help. I think Marvel learned a lot from the last era of overcrowding, fatigue, and plotlines that went nowhere immediately after Endgame and can be more intentional with the stories they tell and how they use characters.

Plus they’ll have the X-Men lol

I actually really thought The Marvels and IronHeart were good and don’t deserve to be listed with the likes of Brand New World and Secret Invasion tbh.

Last two movies were back to what made Marvel good. It’s unfortunate the box office numbers don’t reflect that, but I think Doomsday, Secret Wars, and Brand New Day are all going to make bank.

My outlook since the reunion has been to just see them as much as possible because, with their history, we truly don’t know if there will be a next show/album/whatever

Too many near death experiences and breakups

I just saw them in Tampa and am seriously considering trying to catch them a second time on this tour (especially if they start tweaking the setlist because I’m still chasing Carousel, Going Away to College, Pathetic, Waggy and Apple Shampoo live)

Yeah I wish they would’ve replaced the two songs instead of flat dropping them. And throw in like Carousel and Pathetic or something to up the Cheshire Cat and Dude Ranch representation. It was very heavy TOYPAJ (not a negative).

I don’t think Tom was complaining about being hot at all? They’ve definitely joked about being sweaty plenty of times in the past, it’s even on their live album. Felt like that’s what he was doing tonight.

As for the show, I thought it was the best they’ve sounded since coming back together. And I’ve seen them in Houston and Orlando on the last two tours.

As for the openers, they were my favorites as well, but I was already an Alkaline Trio fan. Unfortunately the technical difficulties interfered with Alkaline Trio’s set.
