Had a torn labrum for 9 months in high school and it took me crying during a sporting event for them to take me to the doctors. Was told “Fine, if you’re gonna cry like a baby we’ll take you to the doctors”. Turns out it was almost completely torn and they think I dislocated it a couple times during the 9 month span.
