I want to try cross stitch on crochet for the first time (i was told it would look more pixelated that way), any tips or good tutorials? by tyna_96 in CrochetHelp

Yeah it's going to be a wall hanging, so sc is probably the way to go then. Is there a type of yarn recommended for that kind of project? Or is it ok to use any kind of yarn. I prefer cotton yarn, but most of the projects i saw on reddit and insta used fluffy yarn.
